Iran’s Trout Production
and Pioneering the Seafood Culture of the Middle East

Iran is recognized as one of the largest producers of trout in the Middle East region. This industry has experienced significant growth over the past two decades and plays a vital role in providing healthy protein, generating employment, and exporting fisheries products.
